What happens with your message
Feedback is stored on our Cloudflare infrastructure together with the page it was sent from, the time, your browser's country and user-agent. It is read by a human; no newsletter, no marketing email, no account. Email is optional and only used to reply to your specific point.

Questions
- How do I report a bug?
- Use the form on this page, choose “Bug — something is broken”, and mention the place you were mapping and what happened. A screenshot description or the exact steps help a lot.
- Will I get a reply?
- Only if you add an email address. The form is read by a human; feedback without an email is still read, just not answered individually.
- Can I request a specific place, layer or export format?
- Yes — that is exactly the kind of feature request this form is for. Say which place or output you need (for example a certain state, a 3MF file or a different print scale) and how you would use it.
- What data is stored with my message?
- The message, the category, the page it came from, the time, your browser's country and user-agent, and the email if you provide one. No accounts, no tracking cookie, no newsletter.
